Our team of primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant are here to serve as your family’s primary care providers, offering both acute and preventive care including annual exams, well-child exams and women’s health exams. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Prowers Medical Center Clinic provides primary healthcare for the entire family. Our sub-specialties include: Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Women’s Health Services.

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. We offer a prompt pay discount and sliding fee scale for patients without medical insurance, accept direct assignment of Medicare, Medicaid, CHP+, Colorado Indigent Care Program and most major health insurance plans. The Prowers Medical Center Clinic is an access point for Free Vaccines for Children.
