Accessing your health information

Prowers Medical Center provides access to your health information via the below linked patient portal.

The Clinic provides patients online access to specific health information in their medical record via a secure patient portal that allows you to send messages to your provider, see existing appointments, ask a question, find health forms, manage your prescriptions and pay your bills. Mobile access enhances access to your health information.

The Hospital provides online access to health information about your stay as an inpatient at the hospital via the same secure patient portal through My Medical Encounters. It also stores information on allergies, immunizations, medications, health concerns and test results from September 1, 2014 and beyond. Limited outpatient tests are also available.

Signing up for the first time?

Accessing your medical records

You can find most of your health information on the portal. If you want access to your accumulative medical records over time, you can request medical records at the hospital with a 48-hour notice and a small fee.  When requesting medical records, patients need to bring some proof of identification.

Note: If you have a family member that died before 2007, you can come in and get their medical records for free. Just bring a death certificate or birth certificate and your own proof of identification to show you are a family member.
